I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Management (with a focus in Organizational Leadership) at the University of Guelph's Lang School of Business. I am advised by Sandeep Mishra. My research expertise is in schemas, judgement and perceptions of risk, risk attitudes, individual differences, and social cognitions. My primary research focus is on investigating how schemas may serve an adaptive function in the workplace [CV].
